Complaints

Caritas Cyprus prides itself on its ability to provide services to everyone without regard to legal status, race, religion, gender, or country of origin. However, we do use comprehensive criteria to evaluate need in an effort to distribute our limited resources as fairly as possible. For example, we currently can only provide food packs to those who have no income and are not receiving social welfare benefits.

If you feel that you have been unfairly treated, please ask your server to explain our criteria. If you still aren’t satisfied, please write to:

admin@caritascyprus.org

You can also submit comments/suggestions/complaints to us anonymously by dropping them in one of our complaint boxes, located in each of our facilities.
Caritas Cyprus takes safeguarding seriously. We thorougly vet all of our board, staff, volunteers and service providers. If you or someone you know has been abused or harassed by a member of our team or one of our partners, we want to know.To lodge an anonymous safeguarding complaint, please write to:

complaints@caritascyprus

Or ask to see a staff member or our Safeguarding Focal Point. They will guide you through the process of lodging a formal complaint using a victim-centered approach.
