How to Make an Appointment at KEPO to Verify my Gov.Cy Account

With a Cypriot ID or a Resident Permit only.

If you need to verify your identity and confirm your profile on Gov.CY and you can not do it with your Bank Application, you must make an appointment at a KEPO (Citizen Service Center). Nevertheless, this option is only feasible if you have a residency permit or Cypriot ID. Below is a detailed guide to help you through the process, ensuring everything goes smoothly.

📌Step 1: Access the Website

First, visit the official website: https://wbas.dmsw.gov.cy/dmsw/ydep.nsf/home/home?openform

📌Step 2: Select Your KEPO Location

Once you’re on the page, you’ll see options for different services. Click on the KEPO nearest to you. For those in Nicosia, choose Prodromou Sports Complex. This is the KEPO office in Nicosia where you can proceed with your identity verification.

📌Step 3: Choose the Right Service

Next, click on ΤΥΠ.

Afterward, click on Αριάδνη, which corresponds to the specific appointment for verifying your identity and confirming your Gov.CY profile.

📌Step 4: Select Your Appointment Date

Now, you can choose a date for your appointment. A tip: the availability might not appear immediately when you enter the page, so feel free to click on multiple dates to check availability. Once you find an available date, choose your preferred time.

📌Step 5: Fill in Your Details

Enter your name and phone number. Select the first option that appears in the dropdown menu. Check the boxes with a red star next to them (these are mandatory fields).

Once you’ve filled in all the required information, click on the yellow button. You may be prompted to confirm your details again. After confirmation, your appointment will be successfully scheduled!

📌Step 7: Prepare for Your Appointment

You now have an appointment at the KEPO! Make sure to bring the following documents with you:

  • Your resident permit or Cypriot ID.
  • Your Gov.CY login credentials (username and password).
