Interested in Studying in Cyprus but Worried About Tuition Fees?

If you are a Recognized Refugee, Subsidiary Protection Holder, or Temporary Protection Holder (such as a Ukrainian citizen under the Temporary Protection Scheme) and dream of studying in Cyprus but can’t afford university tuition, there may be future opportunities to help.

The Cyprus Refugee Council is currently collecting expressions of interest from individuals in these categories who would like to pursue university studies. This is not a scholarship application—instead, it’s a first step that will help identify how many people are interested and inform future scholarship or support programs.

By sharing your interest, you can help shape potential education opportunities for protection holders across Cyprus.

Who can fill out the form?
  • Recognized Refugees
  • Subsidiary Protection Holders
  • Temporary Protection Holders (e.g., Ukrainians)
Why fill it out?
  • To express your desire to study at a university in Cyprus
  • To help NGOs and institutions plan future support or scholarship programs
  • To be contacted if new opportunities become available
