World Refugee Day Event – “Voices of Resilience” at Frederick University

To mark World Refugee Day, Frederick University—with the support of UNHCR Cyprus—is hosting a special event titled:

Voices of Resilience: Stories, Creativity and Solidarity

This meaningful gathering will feature personal stories, presentations, and creative expressions from refugees and asylum-seekers in Cyprus. Participants will share their lived experiences of resilience, survival, and how they are building new lives and integrating into Cypriot society.

The event is open to all and aims to foster understanding, solidarity, and a deeper appreciation of the challenges and contributions of refugees in our communities.
