Free Activities in Cyprus This Weekend
As the first weekend of April 2025 approaches, Cyprus offers a variety of free activities suitable for all ages and interests. Here are some events you can enjoy without spending a dime:
April 5, 2025:
- Easter Workshop for Children at Larnaca Municipal Library: Starting at 10:00 AM, children aged 5 to 12 can participate in Easter crafts and traditional games in the library’s garden. While the event is free, registration is required by calling 24-654185.
- “Pop Up Talks: Inspiring Stories” in Psevdas Village, Larnaca District: At 4:00 PM, the Psevdas Community Council building will host four speakers sharing inspiring stories and life lessons. April 6, 2025:
- Christodoula March Commencement in Sotira, Famagusta District: The 50th Christodoula March begins at 11:00 AM from the statue of Christodoula in Sotira, aiming to unite participants across Cyprus in a path of solidarity. The march will conclude on April 12 at the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Centre in Nicosia. Free transportation to Nicosia will be provided on April 12; for more information, call 77771080.

- Free Nicosia Tours: Starting March 29 and running until December, the Nicosia Tourism Board offers complimentary guided tours highlighting the city’s rich history and architecture.
