Trouble renewing your labor card?

You’ve tried to renew your labor card after reading our post ‘Need to renew your labor card?’ and run into trouble. Now what? 🤷🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

Problem 1: You don’t remember your username and/or password. Please follow these steps to reset your password.

Note: You’ll need access to your email account!

Step 1: Click on ‘Password Reminder’.

Step 2: Enter your email address. Click ‘Send Password’

Step 3: If you receive this message, go to your email and follow instructions to reset your password.

Problem 2: You’ve missed your renewal window (or something else has gone wrong!) and you need to reregister. Call our Help Line for assistance. Here’s our weekly schedule with contact information.
